Meet the Team

Amanda Pentz, Senior Benefits Rating Specialist
Amanda has a varied background in the financial services and insurance industries. First a teller at Farmers Bank of Maryland, then a retirement plan representative at T. Rowe Price, she has worked with such national clients as Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Energy Corporation. Amanda began in RJP’s Proposal Specialist department in October of 2002. She is in charge of updating the Maryland Small Group Rates each quarter and works with our programmer to be sure our automated proposal process is running smoothly. In addition, Amanda prepares large group proposals and detailed benefit analysis summaries for our sales team. She holds a “Leadership Training for Managers” certificate from the Dale Carnegie Institute and an Associate’s degree in applied science from the Community College of Baltimore County. Currently, she is pursuing another degree in fine arts.
