Bill Eades, CLU, ChFC, Sales Executive
Bill is RJP’s retirement specialist. Specializing in qualified retirement plans, non-qualified executive compensation, business continuation, and individual life and disability insurance plans, Bill helps individuals and businesses secure a healthy financial future.

With his extensive experience in both the for-profit and non-profit environments, Bill works closely with his clients to provide insights and advice on retirement plan design and the selection of an appropriate plan provider. Continuing service to monitor plan performance is a key element of Bill’s value-added approach to long term client relationships.

With a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Loyola College, Bill values education and continues to pursue additional degrees and certifications to serve RJP clients.

He holds life/health and property and casualty licenses and is a registered representative for mutual funds, variable annuities and variable life insurance. Bill is a Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant. He is a longstanding member of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) and SFSP (Society of Financial Service Professionals).

Prior to joining RJP & Associates in 1994, Bill Eades performed engineering work and management consulting for Baltimore Gas & Electric.
