Meet the Team

Celeste Adams, Large and Small Group Account Manager
Celeste has worked in a management capacity in the insurance industry for more than 25 years. Her background includes human resources and benefits and risk management at companies such as Sealy Bedding and a national temp placement company. She has also worked in group account management with both fully insured, self funded, and union plans.

Celeste joined the RJP team in 2005 as a licensed large group account manager and was promoted to Assistant Manager of Account Services for Large and Small Groups. She serves many of RJP's large group accounts, assists with the day-to-day operations of insurance plans, handles escalated issues, assists in scheduling training for sales executives and account services staff members, and spearheads wellness initiatives for some clients.
