Cheryl Grove, Large Group Assistant Account Manager
A seasoned customer service representative, Cheryl has broad industry knowledge and specific insight into clients’ needs. For more than 20 years, she worked for third party administrators and other brokerage firms before joining RJP in 2005. Formerly at Group Benefit Services, Cheryl assisted brokers with maintaining client relationships, processing paperwork, and renewing business. As support to RJP’s Account Management Team, Cheryl’s experience has proven to be particularly valuable in resolving difficult benefit or service issues.
