Meet the Team

Elizabeth Shire, Associate Sales Executive
A licensed life/health producer, Elizabeth has more than 25 years of industry and management experience. Before joining RJP, she served as Assistant Director of Volunteers at University of Maryland Hospital. In that role, Elizabeth developed strong relationships with the local medical school, resulting in a 100% increase in volunteer hours. She also pioneered the University’s mentoring program, which was later adopted in a nationwide mentoring effort. For eight years prior, she was office manager at Manpower Temporary Services.

At RJP, Elizabeth served as large group account manager for many years. Today, she works directly with Gary Barone (RJP sales executive) to coordinate and implement sales, resolve issues and communicate with large group clients. As associate sales executive, Elizabeth is a key player on most of the organization’s large group accounts and helps to resolve some of the toughest client service issues.

Elizabeth has a master’s degree in English and is bilingual in English and Spanish. A former board member of Baltimore Mentoring Center and yoga teacher for the City of Greenbelt and City of New Carrollton, Elizabeth is committed to developing and performing wellness initiatives for her clients.
