Meet the Team

Ginny Simms, BSN, R.N., Wellness Director
Before joining the RJP team in 2007 as Wellness Director, Ginny worked in a variety of health settings with a wide spectrum of patients as Senior Clinical Nurse in the Oncology Center at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, Director of Professional Services at Olsten Health, nurse at the Baltimore County Health Department and Baltimore County Public Schools, and private practice clinical nurse.

Ginny holds a bachelor’s of science degree in nursing and has pursued continuing education at Johns Hopkins University and Community College of Baltimore County. She is a member of the Wellness Council of America and the Coalition for a Healthy Maryland.

Ginny helps RJP clients strategize about wellness options, develop guidelines for establishing employee wellness programs, and implement programs using the most appropriate resources to yield the best results. Ginny works closely with RJP’s Account Management Team to present innovative wellness options for clients.
