Jennifer Ladbrook, Large Group Assistant Account Manager
Jennifer has a strong medical insurance industry background. Jennifer held positions at Annapolis Pediatrics and Baltimore/Washington Medical Center (formerly North Arundel Hospital). Using her strong organizational and customer focused skills, she was a team lead for major accounts at Kelly & Associates Insurance Group and led the Corporate Benefits department at Allegis group, a nationwide staffing agency.

Jennifer is the first point-of-contact for large group representatives and company employees seeking resolution to service issues at RJP. Her perspective into member referrals, claims, coding, diagnostic testing and insurance verification is priceless when assisting RJP clients.
