Kathy Shunkwiler, Claims Specialist
For over 30 years, Kathy has worked in the claims and customer service insurance realm. For more than 13 years, she worked for the Carpenters Union processing claims and tackling customer service issues. And, for nearly 20 years, she’s worked at RJP as claims specialist, personally tracking, processing and resolving all client claims. Kathy has strong working relationships with insurance claims representatives. Her reputation for solving and documenting claim problems is well respected in the industry. A licensed life/health producer, Kathy serves on RJP Wellness Team and is currently pursuing a college degree.
