Meet the Team

Lynne Watson, Operations Manager
In 1980, Lynne Watson began working with Rick Princinsky as the first employee of Richard J. Princinsky & Associates, Inc. For many years, she fulfilled every necessary role in the business, including customer service of large and small group accounts, underwriting, financial planning, creative services and office administration. As the company expanded, Lynne assumed multiple management duties.

As an executive manager she works with all departments including, sales, underwriting, account management, billing, compliance, human resources, communications, and operations. In addition, she manages RJP’s high-level customer service for the company’s largest and most longstanding clients. Lynne is a licensed life/health producer in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
