Meet the Team

Matt Ancona, Compliance Specialist
Matt has a wealth of knowledge about the demands and inner workings of a health care company. He began as a referral analyst for Concentra Integrated in Massachusetts, processing referrals, completing HCFA information for providers and handling complex insurance questions for plan members. Later at Group Benefit Services, he spent much time learning the claims process. As a business analyst for GBS, Matt processed all HRA/FSA claims, monitored all FSA transactions (including debit card use) and handled customer service for client accounts. Joining the RJP team in December 2006, Matt processes HRA/FSA claims and handles related customer service issues.
