Meet the Team

Pam Todd, Creative Services Team Leader
Pam has more than 23 years of experience in the insurance industry working 15+ years for Group Benefit Services, a local third party administrator. Fulfilling roles such as account administrator, customer service representative and assistant manager of Administration/Enrollment and Billing, she has significant experience in account management and team management.

Pam joined RJP’s underwriting department in November of 2002. The following year she joined the Creative Services department. Now as team leader, Pam draws on her many years of industry knowledge to prepare educational resources for employers and employees, including benefit booklets, fliers and enrollment materials.
