Rey Guzman, Senior Account Executive
Rey has worked with various employers from entrepreneurial start-up companies to established Fortune 500 firms. He has solid insight into the inner workings of companies, particularly in the insurance and employee benefits fields. Known best for helping clients interpret changing benefit needs and legislative compliance obligations, Rey has extensive experience in underwriting, managed care programs, life insurance, disability, dental, non-traditional benefits, contribution strategies, vendor negotiations, plan funding arrangements, merger & acquisition benefit issues, and the design and management of employer benefit programs. Rey has also served as a senior consultant for many domestic and international logistics firms.
