Sandy Krauer, Director of Risk Management Services
Sandy brings 20 years of HR generalist expertise to our team, including multi-state employment and benefit regulation compliance. Sandy managed the HR function and staff for two Maryland multi-entity firms with offices in 17 different states throughout the U.S. Over the last 10 years, Sandy has provided HR and employer risk management services as a consultant to companies throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Expertise includes HR Audits of employee handbooks, recordkeeping, policies and procedures, federal and state legal compliance; providing recommendation and implementation of performance management processes and training, recruitment and retention processes, employee benefit program design and administration, COBRA, FMLA, Workers’ Comp, and U.I. claim tracking and compliance; as well as providing in-house manager/staff seminar training regarding Sexual Harassment, EEOC, wage and hour compliance, effective personnel and performance management techniques, HR administrative maintenance and processes.
