Stephanie Oakes, Large Group Benefit Proposal Specialist
Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and management from Pennsylvania State University. Before joining RJP, Stephanie served in a variety of service roles. As a financial counselor at Memorial Hospital of York, she verified patient insurance benefits, obtained pre-certification and referrals from physicians, explained health and welfare benefits and negotiated payment options with patients. This experience gave Stephanie a strong background in the financial aspects of health insurance. Today, as benefit proposal specialist, she assists producers and account managers with securing the best rates and benefits possible for RJP’s large group accounts.
