Meet the Team

Tammy McComas, Benefit Proposal Specialist
A licensed life/health producer, Tammy has a varied background in the insurance field. She first served as a rate analyst at Client First, then worked at Group Benefit Services where she worked in the small group account administration department, large group underwriting and as an Associate Account Manager in the self-funding department.

Tammy joined RJP in 2003, serving in many roles including, assistant account management, small group benefit rating specialist and is now one of the Large Group Benefit Rating Specialist. In this role, she helps new and renewing groups secure the best rates and benefits then compiles the information into an easy-to-read and understand format. She holds an associate’s degree from Essex Community College in Baltimore.
